Ok, so he may not be mine, but I love the kid. Proof is in the picture.
So, maybe you don’t see the proof so let me explain. I decided that I was going to do something different than a rainbow cake for Mason’s birthday. We have had a rainbow cake (or two) for a few months of birthdays now. My brainiac idea was to make a skateboard cake for him. Now, I am not the most talented (or even talented at all) when it comes to making and decorating cakes but I am a determined fool woman! The cake took me about 4 hours to complete with all the baking, cooling, icing, drawing, and icing again. I went to bed about 2am!
He likes it so it was totally worth it though. 
I also gave him his new Adidas tennis shoes today. His other shoes are worn through on the bottom because he liked them so much and wouldn’t wear anything else… including the $150 Shox his mother bought him. ha! He was psyched about his new shoes and wore them today!
I gotta run now. I have to strip Johnny’s bed because he woke wet (meaning his bed is wet too), get myself ready for my appt at school to register for classes, and then clean up from my late night of baking.
