It seemed like Saturday all day today. Anyone else feel that way?
We went out to Walgreens to use up my RR that expire today. I won’t tell you how many we went to just to find one thing. Mike was on a mission. It turned out well though because I saved $56.49 (with coupons and sales) and spent $26. I actually had more in coupons than what we spent total. ha! I haven’t checked the Target ad but probably won’t worry about them this week. I do need to get up there for the Eggo deal going on. Johnny loves the muffin tops and if that kid will eat breakfast, I am going to do what I have to so he does!
After the Walgreens trek, we went to Sweet Tomatoes for lunch. Mmmm. I love their salad, potatoes, bread. I had a coupon there too. I am not really sure we do much without coupons anymore. 
We also went and saw my dad at his work and Johnny got to see some animals. He loves it there. After that we went to a few pet stores looking at fish for Johnny’s tank. We had some recent losses so it was looking bare. Plus, he needed a “sucker fish” or the tank would get dirty fast. So, now he has new fish and he even got a snail! I have been wanting to get him one but Mike wasn’t into it. Well, Mike stayed in the car with Joley (sleeping) so I got one for him! It is really cool and I am glad I did.
We stopped and got safe fireworks (not really fireworks) like snakes and pops. We will let Johnny do those tomorrow. Our neighborhood goes crazy with fireworks and I don’t care for the “fire” aspect so we just watch and not shoot any off. It is still fun. Besides, fireworks remind me of gunshots so I don’t like being too close.
