I just got home from my last session of my MOMS group. I have come to know and love a wonderful group of women. They have touched my lives the way others haven’t before. I honestly believe I have made friendships that will last forever. I was and am very sad to see the sessions end.
But, I also decided I want to go further. My time in MOMS is not over because I have enjoyed my time and know that I am being called to do more. So, I have decided to facilitate in the Spring. I, and 2 other women in my group, will lead another group of 12 (or so) women in their journey through MOMS. In addition, I am going to be the contact person for my group so I can share upcoming events with my group (email them basically) and I also signed up to be part of the publicity core team. I want to stay involved and this is the way for me to do it.
Next weekend is our celebration dinner. I have a whole range of emotions about this being the last time we will meet at Church together. We are trying to plan a meet up once a month and I am hopeful we will continue to see each other.
