Weight Watchers update (week 12)

Slimming downI had a pretty rough week.  I haven’t eaten enough and definitely did not exercise enough.  I need to exercise.  I need to get out and do stuff.  It rained the last few days so I wasn’t able to get out and walk.  I did walk a few miles this week though.  It still wasn’t enough.  I NEED TO EXERCISE MORE!

Anyway, I was happy to see what I did today when I got on the scale.  My measurements did not change at all but I did have some weight loss this week.

I lost 3.5 pounds this past week!  I have a total loss of 23.3 pounds over the past 12 weeks.  I am seeing a pattern of alternating weeks of weight loss and inches lost.  If that continues, I will be happy.  I admit that I like seeing the weight loss but I also love to see my clothes fitting differently.  It changes my entire outlook when I can wear something I haven’t in a long time or ever.

This will serve as my Blog the Weight Away update for Wednesday, March 24th. In the meantime, be sure to offer encouragement to my teammates! (honestly, I am not sure if anyone but me and Paula are doing this anymore!)

Congratulations! I’m hoping to hold steady AND still enjoy a piece of my birthday cake this weekend. This is the hardest for me, to celebrate and still maintain a sense of dietary balance.

I hear ya Maria! We are starting our “birthday season”. I have 4 out of the 5 kids birthdays over the next two months. EEKS!

That is great news. I wish I had lost 23 lbs. over the last 12 weeks. I am trying to be good today and plan to work on getting these pounds off and walking more.

How much are you exercising? Do you need motivation for it? I have a group where we do motivation, also have great fitness plans. Fitness Achievement
