I woke up this morning and decided it would be a good day to head to the St. Louis Zoo. It was supposed to get to around 90 degrees, but it was the last day of decent weather (meaning no rain) and Kenzie starts back to school on Thursday. I forgot my camera, but I did have my Blackberry. Check out how close we were to this giraffe! That little brown you see at the bottom left is the rail that kept the kids and I back from this sweet guy. It was really neat!

My boyfriend is the one who always takes the girls to the zoo. I am not a fan. Could not even tell you why. Glad you had fun!

Really? I have been 4 times this year (since June) already. I am a huge fan but I think I may have more fun than the kids sometimes. ha!

I also enjoy going to the zoo. We haven’t been this year and will probably wait until school starts because there is not as much traffic as there is in the summer. We can go during the week when schools are in session.
