Summer is all about grilling. Not having to heat up my house with the oven and having delicious food is a win/win situation. One of my favorite things to grill is Italian sausage. YUMMY! But, Johnsonville has made my favorite meal even better with Mild Italian Sausage Patties!!! Yes, patties!
This is not your ordinary burger folks. This is a Johnsonville Brat or Mild Italian Sausage Patty that you eat just as you would a burger… on a bun, cut up, or however you like. They are found in the frozen food section (that took us some time to figure out) and I find that perfect because we can buy a box and put them in the freezer until we are ready to eat them. We picked the Mild Italian Sausage variety to try. I put one on a bun with some cheddar jack cheese and a small amount of low-cal mayo. Let me tell you, it was delicious!!!!
