Crayola Goes High-Tech! {review and giveaway}

Ever since we went to New York City last year, I have been excited to see all the new things in the works for Crayola. I have never seen a company embrace the way kids’ learning changes and make new and fun ways to utilize that. For example, Crayola has gone high-tech to meet the needs of kiddos who are into the computers and games.

One such way is with the iMarker.  You will love this as much as your kids!  If you have an iPad, chances are your kids want to play with it.  The iMarker makes that a fun activity!  All you need to do is download (free) the ColorStudio HD app from the app store.  You will then be able to “unlock” your iMarker.  My kids are loving this.  They can color the premade pages or make their own.  This is perfect for the budding artist in your life! You an also save and print the images to give as gifts themselves!

Next are the super fun Story Studio products.  For these, your favorite kiddo can be IN a comic book with their favorite characters!  For this, you upload a picture of your kiddo and then it can be downloaded into the story.  Your child can be in the story with Spiderman, Cars or Princesses!  These are super fun and my kids are so excited to give them a try.

Finally, if you haven’t tried Color Wonders yet, you don’t know what you are missing!  These are mess-free markers that create a vivid image when touched on the special pad.  We have been using these for years and they are wonderful, especially for kiddos that don’t color in the lines and want to still see the final result.  Or, these are great for car trips.  If you are taking a trip this holiday season, I highly encourage you to purchase some Color Wonders sets!
