Blue Cheese Bacon Burgers have a crunchy bacon bite with a tangy blue cheese taste. They are delicious!
Ingredients
  • Ground beef (I prefer 10% of fat or less and can substitute ground turkey if you like)
  • Cooked and chopped bacon
  • Blue Cheese crumbles
  • salt and pepper
Instructions
  1. Place ground beef into large mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped bacon and blue cheese crumbles to the ground beef.
  3. Mix until blended with hands and make into patties.
  4. Season each patty with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill or cook in skillet one one side until browned then flip. Do not flip too early or too much or the burger will fall apart!
  6. Once cooked to your liking, remove and let settle for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
