Wordless Wednesday — Week 5

Yesterday, Johnny’s school held their annual talent show. The Kindergarten class (which Johnny is in) did the duck dance for their part. It was seriously adorable! I didn’t get any good pictures myself but my mom was able to grab a few.

Jemma and Joley weren’t too fond of the noise but did okay.

Here is my baby girl… getting so big!

Wordless Wednesday — Week 3

I took some pictures of Jemma tonight and it amazes me how much she has grown. She used to need the infant part of the bouncer seat an car seat and now she fits more comfortably without them. She has grown in length and weight but most of all, her personality has grown. She is such a sweet baby and so happy. I really am so blessed.

I can’t believe how big she looks in this picture.

She is my only baby without blue eyes. I think they will probably end up brown but right now, they are almost a green color. Her hair gets lighter all the time. Pictures that don’t make her look silly are hard to come by right now. She tends to get big eyes when the camera goes off! ha!

Wordless Wednesday – Week 2

I know that Wednesday is almost over but I am just now getting a chance to sit down at the computer.

Jemma was baptized on Sunday… these are a few of our photos. My parents probably have others but I haven’t seen them yet. Just as Joley did, Jemma wore the same dress my mom, my sister and I, and my nieces wore. It is beautiful and is such a great tradition.

Week one of the new year! I haven’t had to write the date yet so it hasn’t really hit me that we are in 2012. But, typing week one was a bit of a wake up for me.

Anyway, Jemma turned 12 weeks this week. She is a happy, smiley, lovey baby and I can’t stop smiling back at her.

Sometimes I look at my kids and wonder if they ever stop fighting. Then, I go through my photos and see that they do, indeed, get along at times. It is good to have a camera for these reminders on days like today!

Joley turns 3 this weekend. I can’t believe how fast the past 3 years have gone and how beautiful and wonderful she is. Here are a few pics of my “baby” girl. (If you have been following past Wordless Wednesdays, you will see how much my kiddos look alike! From Johnny to Joley and now Jemma.)

Wordless Wednesday — Week 48 with Linky

We kept to our Black Friday tradition and went to the Shrine of Our Lady of Snows. While it may only be a tradition because we went back this year (our 2nd year), I love the idea and hope we continue.

We ate dinner and then the kids made a craft (button).

This mosaic is made out of Legos!

This is the Lady statue. Beautiful!

We saw a very cool laser show and then hopped back in the car for a drive through the grounds to see lights. It is so neat! There are thousands of lights.

I love Lourdes Grotto.

Finally, we stopped at the camel/pony rides and petting zoo. Thankfully the lines weren’t too long so they didn’t get bored (or cranky).

He was my favorite of them all…

Except maybe this baby camel… so cute!

It liked Mike’s shirt. ha!

Finally my kids rode a camel!
