I think all people take things for granted sometimes. Whether it be the roof over your head, the food on your table, or the things that you own. It just happens from time to time. One thing I don’t take for granted though is my cell phone service. I have been with other carriers and know how good I have it with U.S. Cellular!
We have been customers of U.S. Cellular for many years; probably close to 1o years now! I can tell you that there are many reasons why I love them, but instead I will tell you of my most recent reason. Good customer service is always a given with U.S. Cellular it seems. In my experience, the technicians and sales people are both knowledgeable and friendly. We recently went into a local U.S. Cellular store to see about changing our cell plan. We have been on the same one for a long time but decided that maybe we wanted to see what other plans offered. We were also interested in the Rewards Program.
The sales person spent a large amount of time talking with us and trying to figure out the best deal for us. We were close to being due for new phones but weren’t quite there. My husband’s phone had bit the dust though and we were needing to do something now. Long story short, she was able to get us both new phones, add a smart phone for my husband, and add us to the Rewards Program simply by taking the time to look at our account and work through it.
After we left, we felt like we had a great service experience, weren’t rushed, weren’t pressured, and knew (once again) that we were with the right company. She made us feel like we were the only people she cared to help and that she truly did want to help us get what we needed in our cell phone plan. U.S. Cellular has been there for us when we have had broken phones, numerous dead batteries, and even worked through our numerous questions regarding bills and charges.
U.S. Cellular is introducing Hello Better and I want to take some time to talk to you about that today. U.S. Cellular is encouraging people to say goodbye to dysfunctional wireless relationships and say hello to a better experience. Goodbye neglect, hello respect. I can say with all honesty that neglect has never been part of our experience and respect always has! If you are one of those people who deal with disrespect and are unhappy with your service because you think nothing better is out there, think again! US Cellular states that they treat their customers like neighbors, not numbers. I agree with this! Like I said, the sales associate spent a large amount of time talking to us and making sure we were happy… happy with what WE need.
All those poor people living with less than what they deserve! I have told many people over the years about U.S. Cellular and my satisfaction with them.
What prevents you from switching? Is it one of the reasons U.S. Cellular found in their recent survey?
Don’t let these things stop you from making a decision that will change how you feel about your cellular company. If you are like me, you may not even have a landline anymore. Doesn’t it only seem right that you are satisfied with the only phone and phone company you have???
You can switch! It is easy! I encourage you to, at the very least, stop by a U.S. Cellular store or call to see what they have to offer. No one offers me what they do… free incoming calls, free mobile to mobile, and free battery swaps. Not only that, but my husband drives a lot and in places that have little service by other carriers and he RARELY has any issues. I bet you will be surprised just how good cellular service can be!

I love their service at home but their service at the lake is horrible. Can hardly get on the internet. Out of the last 3 days down there I maybe got on for 10 minutes. Definately need more towers. Its much worse now than it used to be. The service at home is great.
