Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

One of my favorite dessert is banana bread. I also am a huge chocolate fan. So, when Laura (a contributor here on ToBeThode) said she was making chocolate chip banana bread, I knew I had to have the recipe. This is such a delicious dessert to have any time of the year… and if you are anything like us, you may even eat it for breakfast too. This is a simple recipe that you can make for yourself and your family. They are sure to enjoy it!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 cup butter (salted)

2 c sugar

1 bag mini chocolate chips

4 eggs

2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

5-7 very ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions

Cream together butter and sugar add eggs, and bananas.

Mix together flour and baking soda and then add to wet ingredients.

Mix in chocolate ships and then pour into a greased 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350 for 35-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean from the center of bread.
