I tried to lose weight last year. I did a great job too. I was down almost 40 pounds. But, I could no longer afford the program and had to go off. Without the extra help from the program, I gained all the weight back. I know there are a lot of different options out there. Whether it be an exercise program, personal trainer, diet pills, or meal programs, there is something out there that will work for me. I am just not sure right now what that will be.
I feel like a failure because of my weight gain. I felt so good about myself when I was losing and now, I just don’t know what to do. It seems like a never-ending battle for me. I want to do better. I want to lose the weight I have gained back plus a lot more. I see a lot of people struggling with weight issues right now so I know I am not alone.
As far as exercising goes, I don’t hate it… I just don’t particularly like it. I really want to get an elliptical at some time. I did well on my treadmill but got very bored. I need to get back on it though and start working out again… at least until the summer comes and I can get outside again.
What about you? Have you been able to lose weight and keep it off?

No, I always seem to put it back on at some point. I did really good on South Beach for several years but it’s all back. Don’t feel like that, it’s human nature and I know you can get back on track again.

I know you know where I am…and you are not alone. I think this is the first time…EVER…in my life that I’ve been this serious about it. And it’s HARD. Keep your chin up. You have a lot on your plate. xoxo

I know you can do it.. I found a few triggers that make me eat more.. I found if I cut anything out that is made with white flour I slowly drop the weight.

Negative statement will not help at all so stop that right now! I have just started a ‘Getting Fit’ plan myself. Read more about it here: http://iamnannyanna.blogspot.com/search/label/Grandmas%20Getting%20Fit
