I wanted to write a quick reminder that the Cooking Connections Class, Navigating Food Allergies is tomorrow. Food allergies affect us all whether we have children with allergies or not. Kids in school, playmates, and even our own friends may have issues that require we be mindful of what we are putting into food we serve. Be sure to visit the class on The Motherhood tomorrow at 1pm ET.
Registration is FREE and the class will be all text. It is going to be a ton of fun and very educational. Oh, and in case you forgot… I am a co-host! You know you want to come and chat with me, right?
