Choosing products from Healthy Essentials to feel and look great
There are a number of products that I have been using to make me feel better about my health and skin. It is such a crazy time for me. The kids are so busy with school, I am doing a lot of VA work, and my blog is taking up a ton of my time. In addition, my health has not been great. Being able to rely on products from Healthy Essentials has been a huge help to me! Below you will find some of those products that I love and recommend to you.
I start each morning with Aveeno Positively Radiant Targeted Tone Corrector. This is one product that I use simply because, well, I am getting old. Yep, I said it. I am aging. This product helps to improve my skin’s appearance and uneven tone. Since it is oil free, noncomedogenic, and nonirritating, I can use it without worry about how my skin will react.
When I put on my makeup, something I try to do to boost my mood daily, I like to use a few simple products. I am not a huge makeup person but a few chosen items make me feel great. Every morning I put on Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara, waterproof. This is a great product! It is formulated with olive oil that penetrates and helps plump the core of each and every lash. What this means is 400% fuller, beautifully conditioned lashes. Yep, I like that!
After my morning coffee, I brush my teeth. I can’t do it before drinking that cup because then my beloved coffee would taste awful. It’s the truth. Instead, I brush after and then follow up with Listerine Ultraclean Mouthwash and Listerine Ultraclean Dental Floss. Both of these products keep my mouth feeling great. They remove plaque and kill germs. No one wants bad breath so these products are wonderful.
About this time, my girls are both getting out of bed. Joley has to head to school and Jemma is ready to start her day with me. We have a daily routine with them as well. My girls both take a shower at night and then head to bed. What this means is some tangles the next morning. Jemma especially has problems with tangles because her hair is naturally curly… poor kid! I have been using the same product on them for months and months; Johnson’s No More Tangles Dentangling Spray. It’s NO MORE TEARS formula ensures that we can get rid of those tangles with smiles.
Before bed, I always take a shower. Yes, I am a night shower-taker. I like to go to bed feeling clean! The newest product I have been using at bedtime is absolutely amazing. It is Clean & Clear Night Relaxing Deep Cleaning Face Wash. I am a stickler for washing my face every night. I can’t and wouldn’t go to bed without doing so. This doesn’t over dry my skin and doesn’t clog my pores. It is a unique in that it is made with deep sea minerals and sea kelp extract. It foams up wonderfully (I LOVE that) and washes away the dirt and oil from my day. I love the calming aroma as well.

All those are great products. Listerine and ‘clean and clear’ are the ones in my home. I love mascaras. This Neutrogena product is very new to me. Will check this out for sure.

What some great products, I have to admit to being a huge fan of Aveeno and you can’t beat Listerine as a mouth wash.
