Joley nursed 3 times last night without the shield!!!!! I don't know what the difference was last night but she did it. I went and saw Barb (she is a LLL leader) today and she gave me some tips on things to do to teach Joley how to suck and latch on properly. A curveball in my plans
Today was supposed to be the first day back to normal for me, Johnny and Joley. I had my alarm set to get up and pump and feed Joley before the kids had to get up for school. Sorry this took so long to post. It wasn't an easy thing for me to put into words.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~My due date, December 17th. Mike leaves for his last day of work before my maternity leave and his vacation time. I had some problems getting back to sleep but finally did around 6am. So far, so good
No one in our house has gotten any symptoms of Pertussis. Thank goodness. We have colds but should be okay on the cough issue since we started antibiotics. Sadly, they are really upsetting baby girl's belly and we have about an hour a night that she is a crying and screaming mess. Poor baby. Johnny seems to be doing fine on it as is Mike. Christmas is o-v-e-r
I am ready to be done with Christmas. We will be taking down the tree tomorrow I hope. We had Christmas with my parents last night so that is the last of the gifts as well.I had my iron tested today and it is low.
