Weight Watchers update (week 3)
I was nervous to get on the scale this week. I have been consuming more points and probably not in the best way. I was still within my point range everyday and didn't use my activity points or weekly points, but I just know that my eating habits weren't as good. Today was weigh-in for Weight Watchers. I was a bit nervous because I cheated mid-week and got on the scale and my weight hadn't changed. Friday is my weigh-in day for Weight Watchers. I was nervous to weigh myself all week. I am very much going to need to see some change or I will have a lot of trouble keeping up with the diet.
