That would be me nodding off here at the computer. Actually, last night was better. I nursed Joley around 12-something and we slept until 6-something. I can’t see the tail end of my alarm clock so I only know the hour! LOL Mike slept downstairs and that really did seem to make a difference in our sleeping. That sucks though because I don’t want to sleep away from him… I don’t want to sleep with the snoring either though. Sooo, I don’t know what to do about that. For now, I will take my 6ish hours of sleep happily.
Of course, Johnny had to come barrelling into my room at 7:15am (I found my cell phone so I could see what time he was coming in so loud). I made him lay down but that didn’t work out so well. Why must one child be good and one test my patience? I get that every evening with the older kids… I don’t need it during the day, especially not an hour before the normal get up time.
He has been hell on wheels ever since he got up. He was jumping on my bed, bouncing his legs, chasing dogs… all before we made it downstairs. Once downstairs, it escalated and I have threatened time out more times than I have in a week. He, thankfully, is stopping after a warning but each individual instance is driving me insane.
Regardless, I am still tired. It must just be what I am going to feel for awhile.
Baby girl is 4 weeks old today. Time is going so fast it seems. She needs to stay my baby for a long time… I am not having any more babies so this one has to last. 🙂
