I have been feeling stressed and anxious lately. I have a really poor or nonexistent coping mechanism anymore and often feel sick or exhausted because of my stress. I don’t have the time or money to get a manicure, pedicure, massage or anything else. I don’t drink and don’t smoke. I have 5 kids so doing anything by myself is pretty much a dream right now. I am needing to try to relax though. Between school and the kids, I feel overwhelmed and overworked.
