I have searched everywhere and can’t find a picture of the pizzas I have made with this recipe. I am telling you though, they are so good! If you have a breadmaker, it makes this recipe so very easy. I highly recommend it.

Homemade Pizza Dough (for bread maker)

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cup water

2 tablespoons EVOO

4 cups bread flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast (what I use)

I also added some garlic powder and italian seasoning. MMMMM

Directions:

1. Add ingredients to the machine according to manufacturer’s directions. Select dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove dough. Punch down. Cover and let rest for 10 mins.

2. Grease two pizza pans or baking sheets. Divide dough in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a circle to cover pans. Transfer to the prepared pans, building up the edges slightly. Prick crusts with fork. DO NOT LET RISE. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10-12 mins or until light brown. Add desired toppings. Bake for 10-15 more mins more until edges of crust are golden brown and toppings are bubbly. This makes two pizza.

This recipe makes 2 pounds of dough. I used a smaller recipe previously and it didn’t fit the pizza pans I had. This is such good crust!
