I remember, as a child, my dad would come home from work, set his hat on the top of the fridge and give my mom and us girls a hug. He would then go shower and we would sit down to a meal. A meal that was always together. I am working hard to have a family meal every night with my own kids. I find it a great time to find out what happened during their day or just talk.
