I’ve been using a new diet plan for the past month. I have mentioned it here, here, and here if you want to see more about what it is about. So, it’s time now to let you know my final thoughts on Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion. The Always Eat After 7 PM plan consists of: The 14-day Acceleration Phase to kick-start the program and see rapid results, The Main Phase where you’ll learn exactly which foods to eat when in order to achieve your weight-loss goals, The Lifestyle Phase to keep the weight off for good.
I have really enjoyed this new idea of dieting. It has changed my perspective from one of an “ugh” feeling to one of a “I can do this” feeling. I no longer feel like I am starving myself or denying myself things I want. I am able to eat when I want to and it has changed my life.
I’ve been drinking more water. I use lemon in it to not only change the flavor, which I love, but it also has properties that help my dieting. “One of the simplest 3-Minute Fat-Burning Morning Rituals, lemon water is a glass of water mixed with the juice of one half of a lemon. This drink provides all the benefits of regular drinking water, which supports weight loss, digestive health, physical performance, and cognitive function.”
I’m feeling well. I am not feeling run down or deprived. “When either incoming energy or body fat stores start to decline (as is often the case on low-carb or low-calorie fat loss diets), a series of reactions is set off in the body. As your leptin levels decline, you’ll experience a downward spiral of negative side effects”
I’m eating carbs when I want them, in the evening. We’ve been traditionally taught to avoid carbs, have an early dinner, and never eat before bed. But the fact is, the latest scientific research shows us this earlier model is not the most ideal. “Having carbs in the evening is also a great weight loss strategy. When you’re active, your body burns mainly carbohydrates and muscle glycogen for energy. By eating carbs at night, you allow your body to use them to restore glycogen for energy the next day and provide your body with the glucose it needs to regulate your blood sugar levels during sleep.”
I will be continuing with this revolutionary diet plan. I have more energy and I am feeling great. Always Eat After 7 PM: The Revolutionary Rule-Breaking Diet That Lets You Enjoy Huge Dinners, Desserts, and Indulgent Snacks—While Burning Fat Overnight by Joel Marion is now available to purchase.
