Check out Easy Meals for Back to School Time

by Stefany Thode at Foodie.com

I don’t know about you, but school time is always hectic in this house. Homework, sports, and other after-school activities means we have very little time to prepare meals. Add the fact that we are notorious for over-sleeping and needing a quick breakfast, and we are in desperate need of some easy, quick meals. I found some great recipes on Foodie that I think you will love!

quick easy meals

Some of my favorites are the Rainbow Grilled Cheese, Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi Rolls, and my very own Easy Beef Enchiladas, but there are so many great recipes in this collection! Be sure to check them all out.

Which are your favorites?

I’m a fan of the crockpot for making meals during the week for my family. This way we can still eat good, slow-cooked food that is healthy without sacrificing too much time.
