I have found my son to be the hardest to shop for. No matter what age he is, it seems that toys are all look the same when you are perusing the aisles. Today I want to share a few toys from Hasbro that are perfect for your little guy.
The Transformers Rescue Bots are perfect for the young boy that loves Transformers but hasn’t reached the age where they can build elaborate toys. The Rescue Bots can be changed in one step making them perfect for the younger child. Each one step conversion changes the figure using a key feature from that character. Each figure stands 6 inches tall and features poseable arms, legs, and feet. You can choose from the following six characters: Optimus Prime, Bumblebee (what I have pictured), Chase the Police-Bot, Heatwave the Fire-Bot, Blades the Copter-Bot, and Boulder the Construction-Bot. They are each sold separately and are only $11.99 each. These would be a great gift for a young boy on your list and at that price, you can afford to create a whole cast of characters! Playskool recommends that Rescue Bots be for ages 3 and up.
Every age has something that their parents just shake their heads, right? Well, this is my shake-my-head toy. Johnny was talking about The Trash Pack for so long and I had no idea what it was. Up until the day they arrived, I still did not know. Needless to say, it didn’t take long for me to figure out that The Trash Pack is the “coolest thing ever”. We received a starter Trash Pack with 2 Trash Pack characters, one large can, and a collector’s guide. These really are a collecting kind of thing and I can foresee that they will be all the rage in grade schools this year when boys are trading to make their collection complete. The two pack we received retails for only $2.99 and would make a great stocking stuffer for the youngster in your life. You can also purchase play sets and accessories for the characters. The Trash Pack is recommended for children aged 5 and up.
Disclosure: We were given the product mentioned for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
