I have been traveling more lately but even when I am at home, there are times that I am out and about and my cell phone battery gets low. This is a nightmare during times I am supposed to be online for social media. To be honest though, I hate to be without my phone anytime. I had tried a portable charger in the past and it didn’t charge my huge battery at all. But, that all changed when the Powerocks MagicStick arrived! It was the very next day after charging that I had my first trial with the MagicStick. I was headed to a hockey game and my online presence is needed for that. I left my house with my cell at only 21% (oops). I plugged my phone into the MagicStick on the way to the game and for part of the game. It was able to get my battery up to 81% before the portable charger died. While this may not seem good to you, I need to remind you that my battery for my phone is huge (on my Note 3). This is way more than I expected actually. I was able to complete my work that night with plenty of charge for that evening after. To be fair, it charges my husband’s Galaxy S4 faster and longer than my Note 3.
I charged the MagicStick again and have been carrying it with me since. I love the compact size and small bag it comes in. I can easily put the MagicStick into my purse without it taking up much space. In addition, the size is nice when I am charging because it can easily slip into my pocket and I can use my phone as necessary. Charging and using the MagicStick is a breeze as well. The end has colored lights that inform you how much charge you have left. It is off when empty, red when there is 30% or less, green between 30% and 70% and blue for 70% to 100%. Click on the end cap and you can easily see where you are with charging, either the MagicStick recharging or when it is charging your phone.
I can’t wait to travel with my MagicStick. I fully intend to take it with me for any trips I take from now on. But, like I said, it comes with me everywhere now. You never know when you are going to need a boost in battery! I can use it for my tablet, camera, iPad, Kindle, and more!
