Remember how I told you that I was a co-host of a TheMotherhood Cooking Connections class called Navigating Food Allergies? It was awesome… and by awesome, I mean tons of fun and a vast amount of information in one place. I thoroughly enjoyed being a co-host and am so honored that TheMotherhood included me in this amazing project.
I want you all to be able to take a look at what was covered during the class but it really is too much for me to put it all here.
