This is a sponsored post by Lunchbox about new Kool Aid & Country Time products, all opinions are my own.

School is almost out and you know what that means… less learning and more fun! But, I like to combine fun and learning as often as I can. For that reason, I came up with a few games your kids can play this summer with water balloons. The kids will love this so much they will forget that there is education involved!

summertime learning games

For Preschool-aged children — have them spell their name, name letters, or put letters in alphabetical order. When they get their spelling or answer right, they can throw the balloon!

For older kids — You can practice spelling the same way as you would for younger children. In addition, math can be really fun with water balloons. Place all the balloons in the center and have children run to the middle to choose a balloon that they can answer (make them at their academic level). Have them run back to their place and say the answer. If they get it correct, they can throw the balloon.

There are a variety of games that you can play with water balloons and the examples I gave are just the tip of the iceberg. Water balloons can be so much fun!

When we get thirsty, there are two things the kids always ask for; Kool-Aid and Country Time Lemonade. We recently went to Walmart to see the selection of them to get ready for our summertime fun!

The kids had a tough time deciding. I can’t really blame them! They are all so good. What I loved about the Kool-Aid Easy Mix Liquid and Country Time Lemonade Starter is how convenient they are. There are times I don’t want to make an entire pitcher of drinks. These allow me to make one cup at a time. But they also allow me to make that pitcher if we have friends over. I find them much more convenient than powdered drink mixes! All you have to do is add water and you are ready to go!

Kids aren’t the only ones that love these either. My husband loves a cold glass of lemonade after cutting the grass. If you get together with your neighbors over the summer, I bet they would enjoy a nice cold glass as well. The easy-pour spout makes it simple to make and the multiple flavors mean you will find something for every taste. You will find Grape, Cherry, and Tropical Punch in the Kool-Aid Mix Liquid. For the Country Time, you will find Half-Lemonade and Half-Iced Tea, Berry Lemonade, and Classic Lemonade.
