I’ll tell you a little secret. When my son turned around 7 to 8 years old, it became increasingly hard to buy for him. Gifts like toys were just not interesting anymore and game systems were the only thing that he wanted. He still is too young to want clothes but it is so hard to find something to buy him! That’s why I was so happy to see the WowWee toys arrive at our door. They are the answer to this in-between age problem.

We received the items mentioned here for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

elektrokidz

The first item we opened from WowWee kids was this fun Elektrokidz. These remind me of the “trolls” of the past but they are so much more fun that that! I loved those things when I was younger and had a whole collection of them. If they did what the Elektrokidz did, I would have wanted even more.

The Elektrokidz are unique in that they dance to the beat of the music YOU are listening to. It’s really quite fun. Turn on your radio and watch the Elektrokidz start to dance. They will swing their hair around to the beat of your sound. We played with him in our house for a bit and then moved him to the car. It is fun to watch him dancing and the kids love it! There are 6 to choose from and they each have their own unique style. You can purchase them for $14.99 each. If you want to see the Elektrokidz dancing, check out my Instagram video.

noomie

The other item we received from WowWee was the Noomie. I wasn’t sure what to think of this when we opened it up. I saw all the accessories and thought it was just something to dress up and move around. I was so wrong!

Noomie is interactive. Plug those accessories in and Noomie changes personalities. You get some suggestions to try and they are so fun. Not only does Noomie change looks with the accessories, but he talks different, makes different noises, and acts differently. Noomie has his own language and you will get a glossary to help you figure that language out. We have had so much fun with this toy! The girls think it is hilarious and Johnny enjoys having Noomie charge down the hallway. My favorite version of Noomie is when he is wearing the cowboy hat. He is so funny! Noomie can be purchased for $49.99. He would make a fun gift for those in your life that are a bit more hard to buy for but love fun, interactive toys. Be sure to check out my Instagram video to see what Noomie does when he has a cowboy hat on!

WowWee makes absolutely great products. We own a few of their products and the kids just enjoy playing with them.

Noomie is cute. We’ve got a cowboy/indian thing going on over here (my husband is Am. Indian and I am not…so the kids think they’re half cowboy, half Indian, lolol), so the cowboy would be a big hit here. 🙂

These would be great additions to this years Christmas lists. Perfect surprises to find under the tree from Mom and Dad.

They have so many great toys out now! I wish they had been around when I was busy trying to find gifts for my friends son. He would have loved both of the above gifts.

The Elektrokidz sounds like something my kids would enjoy! They love music and watching this move along to their tunes would make them giggle!

So cute. I am a sucker for trolls so I have a feeling we’d enjoy this little guy in our house.
