I was nervous to get on the scale this week. I have been consuming more points and probably not in the best way. I was still within my point range everyday and didn’t use my activity points or weekly points, but I just know that my eating habits weren’t as good. That said, I did exercise 5 out of 7 days so that was a plus.
I have been working out with the EAS Active nearly every night. I really do enjoy the range of activities on it. I like the variety of exercises because otherwise I would get bored. The step aerobics is even pretty fun. My one complaint is the resistance bands. I am considering buying wrist weights and using those instead. I think I would get more from the exercises. I already have the resistance pretty tight but I don’t like using them so maybe the weights would be better. Like I said last week too, I think I need a yoga mat too. All in time though.
I have been looking at elliptical machines. I won’t be buying one but I think that looks like a good full body exercise. I have a treadmill that I always have good intentions with. Honestly though, it is boring. It is really loud so I am limited on when I can do it and TV watching isn’t an option because it would have to be turned up so much. I have read on it before but it isn’t too easy to do that and walk at the pace I like soooooo…. I am not complaining… just keeping it real.
Alright, so for the news you are wondering about (and this is my blogging the weight away update for Wednesday coming up too, by the way)…
I lost 0.9lbs this past week. I have lost a total of 8.2 pounds in the past 3 weeks.
My measurements were a big success this week though! Check out these numbers:
Arms: -1 inch
Hips: -1.5 inches
Waist: -2 inches
Thighs: -0.5 inches
Bust: -0.5 inches
Do you see that waist and hips measurement!?! That is my encouragement to keep going for sure. Two inches off my waist and 1.5 inches off my hips is so great! I am thinking that my exercising is having a big effect on my body. Keeping in mind (as everyone keeps reminding me) that muscle weighs more than fat, I think that is why my weight loss wasn’t as large this past week. Ya think that makes sense?
My pants are a bit big. I have been pulling them up all day. I usually wear lounge pants all during the week so the first time I put my jeans on since last weekend was today. They are much looser in the waist and my butt has been hanging out all day when I bend over. oops!
I wanted to thank everyone for all your support and encouragement. It means so much!

Sounds like you are doing really well! I’m a Weight Watchers Lifetime member myself. I had a bit of a slip-up when I started some cycling training, but back in Oct I went back to WW and lost what I needed to so I am back at goal. YOU can do this… it sounds like you already are. 🙂
I have a few recipes with WW points listed on my site if you’d like to check them out.
Hang in there and keep it up!
