I always think about how lucky I am but on Thanksgiving, I like to actually try to put it into words…
In brief because I am having contractions, I am so thankful for this baby I am carrying. I didn’t think we would have another baby and she is a wonderful blessing. I am so very thankful for Johnny. I can’t imagine my life without him; his smile, his laugh, his love. I am thankful for my husband, Mike. He gets on my nerves (especially with being pregnant) and he bugs me sometimes, but I love him and am thankful for him in my life. I am thankful for my parents and family. I am blessed to have them in my life. I am thankful for Mike’s kids and their (sometimes) willingness to allow me to be their mom.
Lastly, I am thankful for what we have; our house, our cars, our food, and our clothing… plus all the things we have that we take for granted like tv’s, phones, etc. I am thankful to Mike for going to work every day no matter what is going on. Without that, I wouldn’t be able to stay home with Johnny and Joley and his kids. He really has no idea how thankful I am to him for his supporting this family. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I love you Mike!
