I am joining Monday Mingle again this week because it was so fun last week (and no one was mean and told me how much I sucked). I am going to apologize now for the camera shaking a few times. I sit with my one foot under the laptop so when I cough or laugh sometimes it shakes. Oops. I did cough a few times on this video, but I did cover my mouth so you all should be safe. 😉
Okay, so here we go…

4 books this week. I’m impressed!!
Wow . . . lots of pets. That’s awesome.
Sorry it took me so long to get around to mingling. Hope you are having a great week 🙂

Hola Stefany, I’m finally getting around to visiting the mingles.
I know isn’t that weird about the literary character. I read everything there is and couldn’t come with one I wanted to be.
LOL I agree, the Beauty and the beast girl is sooo much better than me. After one too many screaming at me and the beast behavior , I’d be like whatever dude.
I’m not used to seeing clowns so I don’t know, but I wouldn’t want them playing with me either.
It’s true. the masks stuff just really freak me out. Another reason I don’t do halloween. I saw my son in his spiderman (someone gave to us) suit and mask and I just want him to take it off. So not me.
You have lots of pets! I’d take one of your newborn litter when they happen if I was close.
I hope you are feeling a whole lot better by now.
I don’t usually take anything for my cold so I”m totally clueless about what you should take.
Enjoy the rest of your week!

I had such a hard time of picking someone too! I have read plenty of great books to choose one from, but I blanked! I like your pick – and you were very honest with your answer. 😉
Clowns! omgosh yes! I totally forgot about that – IT (the movie) totally ruined it for me, along with the stuffed one my mom gave me when I was little. It swear I put it in the closet and I would see it’s eye shining through the crack in the doors. *shiver*
Our Jack Russell / Beagle mix has a creative name too – Jack.
Thanks for the welcome. I’ll see you next week!

WOW you have a full house of pets! I joined this week for the first time- this is fun! Oh, and the whole clown thing is common – seems like i know a few people with the same fear!
Jennifer-Eighty MPH Mom says
I am sorry about your cough -I hope you feel better soon!
Clowns!! Good answer. I don’t like them either they are really creepy.
I have never seen a Chinchilla, but they sound pretty neat. I’d love to hear more about it!
Thank you for mingling again!
Mrs. Cox says
Clowns freak my freak. For sure. I’m surprised I didn’t mention that… I mean, I can handle them from a safe distance? But I don’t see us having a clown at kid birthday parties EVER.
Oh, it sounds like your pet family is a wonderful bunch! Hope you feel better soon! Have a great week
Susan (5 Minutes for Mom) says
Ah yes, of course Belle. She would be a great character to be.
Clowns? That is sooooo funny. Chuck -E- Cheese… LOL… that mouse there totally scared my Julia when she was 3.
But seriously… What an interesting phobia… I’ve never met anyone with a fear of clowns and dressed up characters.
Talk more soon!

Hi Stefany! I am so glad I finally made it to your mingle!!
Holy cow – you really are quite a reader! I wish I could get through at least one book right now.
I HEART belle! I love how her nose is always stuck in a book – sounds like you!
You would have hated my grandpa’s house. He decorated with clowns. I was never afraid of clowns so I loved it at his house LOL. You poor thing 🙂
Robyns Online World says
I think you are a much better person than you are giving yourself credit for! The clown thing – lots of kids start out being afraid of the characters, they are so much bigger and odd looking compared to people. My son wasn’t a fan until we went to WDW and then he was ok with them all the sudden – who knew?
Feel better – have a Ricola cough drop!

Hi Stefany!
I wish I read more books they are such a great get away. I picked a Disney girl too 😀 I’m Alice but I LOVE Belle. If I were her though I would most likely have run the other way too, I mean after all it was a beast LOL
I have never actually met someone who is afraid of clowns! I’m not a fan of those dress up guys either. The singing dancing guys in costume are kind of weird although I can do the Disney characters.
We always had fish when I was growing up but I’d always end up killing them 🙁 Chinchillas are sooooo soft! I love it! Rescue dogs are such amazing dogs!
We shop for cold medicine at the Asian market here but I’m not sure how the natural supplements would work with a nursing mom sorry 🙁
Karie says
I could totally see you as Belle….you are kind, loving, and spunky! Okay yes clowns are WAY freaky….especially when they are abnormally tall and large clowns..WHOA mama…heeby jeebies! Oh my gosh you have a chinchilla! They are so cute and sweet….my friend had one too. See I told you how awesome you are for mingles….rocked it again! ((HUGS))
one cluttered brain says
Belle–She is a great character. Love that story!
LOL @ the G rated movies…
phobia’s–clowns? my SIL is so terrified of clowns too. Blame it on Stephen king’s movies IT.
Sorry bout that.
I’m glad you came back for mingle!
Hope U feel better. junk in your chest is NO fun at all.
Tina - Mad Hatter Mom says
I’m just like you! I read so much that characters are purged so darn quick to make room for the next one.
You and my husband both! Clowns are not friends to my hubs. And he says it’s not from watching It either so I don’t know where it comes from..
I’m curious, how does your 3 year old do with the fish? Is he good at taking care of it? I ask because I’m thinking of getting one for my 4 year old.
I hope you feel better, I feel ya. I was sick for over a week and still have crud in my chest.
See ya next week!
