I have mentioned before that I am pretty picky about my skincare products and even more so with makeup. One of my favorite products is bareMinerals so when I was contacted to try their new line of skincare products, I was excited to give it a try. The new skincare line is “powered by their proprietary RareMinerals ActiveSoil Complex. This powerful ingredient, only available from bareMinerals, contains a blend of macro and micro minerals and is clinically proven to deliver faster cell turnover and noticeably smaller pores. Additionally, the RareMinerals ActiveSoil Complex has three times the antioxidant capacity of blueberries, this is truly revolutionary.”
The first product I was able to try is the bareMinerals Purifying Facial Cleanser. I used this product for over a week and found it to be very gentle on my skin. It doesn’t foam up much but it does enough that I felt my face was thoroughly covered. It did not dry out my skin and left me soft without overdrying my face. My one complaint would be that the smell is a bit “earthy”. This isn’t something that would keep me from purchasing this product in the future though. Price: $20, 177mL/6 Fl.Oz. Click here to buy
The second product I tried was Firming Eye Treatment. I know that I have some small crows feet around my eyes but I have never purchased a product like this in the past. After using it for over a week, I can not say that I can see any difference. I have spoken about my feelings on things like this before though… if it isn’t hurting anything, then what is the harm? I can say that my skin is soft and smooth and I like this product, even if I have yet to see any true changes. Price: $28, 15mL/0.5 Fl.Oz. Click here to buy.
The last product I was able to try is my favorite out of the three — the Purely Nourishing Moisturizer. I really do love this product and it is on my list to buy in the future. It has a slight smell that is not unpleasant in any way. My skin is soft and smooth. I do not have any dry or oily spots after using it and my face doesn’t feel as though there is anything even on it. I use the moisturizer by itself or under makeup and I like it with both uses. Probably the most important thing about this product is that it did not cause any problems with my skin issues (eczema) and I feel comfortable using it. Price: $28, 50mL/1.7Fl.Oz. Click here to buy.
Overall, I really like the bareMinerals products… almost as much as I like their makeup. I would recommend these products and the bareMinerals skincare line to anyone wanting to try something new that is made by a reputable company.
Disclosure: I received the products mentioned for the purpose of review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

It’s a great company. I was buying their items off of QVC 15 years ago.

I think that is where I first tried it from too. 🙂
