Friday is my weigh-in day for Weight Watchers. I was nervous to weigh myself all week. I am very much going to need to see some change or I will have a lot of trouble keeping up with the diet. So, this morning, I jumped on the scale.
In the past week on Weight Watchers I have lost….drumroll please…
4.4 pounds!
I was told to expect 2 pounds the first week so I was pleased to see how much I have lost. I won’t be upset if this isn’t a normal for me each week, but I do hope to see some loss each week. After this first week, I have complete faith that I can do this!
I want to thank everyone that has been there for me over the past week. All my Twitter friends and my Sparkpeople team have been so encouraging. Thanks to my hubs too for being so understanding about the changes I am making. I know it isn’t easy, but he is trying to be supportive.
