I posted on Twitter this morning that I didn’t think my weigh-in today was going to go well. I haven’t worked out this past week but one day. I have been sick and feeling just bad. I don’t like to work out when I can’t breathe. Regardless, I didn’t do much. I also went out to eat a few times this past week. I went with Tayler over the weekend and then out with a good friend on Wednesday. I expected things to be discouraging when I got on the scale today.
I was pleasantly surprised! For the past week, I lost 0.6 pounds! That is the least amount I have lost so far since starting Weight Watchers, but it is a loss and I will take it. I am now down a total of 10.4 pounds for the past 5 weeks! Here are my measurements:
Bust: -1.5 inches (I knew this was happening because my bras don’t fit well)
Waist: -0.5 inch
Hips: -0.5 inch
Thighs: no change
Arms: no change
So, for this week, my totals are 0.6 pounds lost and 2.5 inches lost!
Weight Watchers asked me to retake my points test and then asked me to adjust my points. So, I am now going to be allowed 1 point less because of them and I adjusted it by 2 more. I will be allowed a total of 3 points less each day. I can do that without a problem! I don’t even dip into my weekly or activity points yet. I think this is going to be good.
