I was sent a Total Pillow last week and I have been playing around with it since then.  If you follow me on Twitter, you may know that my ankle has been hurting me lately.  The Total Pillow has been a huge help in elevating my ankle!  I simply folded the pillow in half and stuck it under my ankle.  It was easy and comfortable.

I have also used the Total Pillow on my neck, head, and lower back.  The Total Pillow has been a favorite of my kids too.  They all seem to want to use it and it is perfect size for us all, including the baby.  She likes to lay on my lap with her head in the pillow.  I would have loved to have the Total Pillow when I was pregnant.  I slept nightly with a pillow between my knees.   The Total Pillow would have taken up significantly less space and been much more comfortable for me.

I love the Total Pillow and so do the others in my household!  I would recommend it to anyone that is interested in a new, unique way of getting some rest.
