Nursing Bra by Bella Materna Review and Giveaway

I am getting myself ready for baby Jemma to make her arrival. Little by little, I am preparing myself and my family for her coming and what that means for us all. One thing that means for me specifically is that I will be breastfeeding again. I struggled a lot with Joley so I am only thinking positive thoughts about breastfeeding Jemma. I know we will be okay.

Breastfeeding again also means that I need to do some shopping and one of those must-have items is a good nursing bra.  With Joley, I never found one that really made me comfortable and they certainly were not attractive.  They fell apart before our time nursing was over and I was more than happy to throw them in the trash the second Joley decided she no longer wanted to breastfeed and chose her cup.  I knew that I wanted to find a good nursing bra this time.  As a mom, we all too often put ourselves second.  But, when we give our bodies to our babies for 9 months and then longer while nursing, I think we need to do something that makes us feel good.

Bella Materna Ruched Bra

Recently, I received a Bella Materna Nursing Bra  in the mail.  My initial thought was “oooh, look how pretty”.  I even showed it to my husband who really had no words other than “ooookay… it is a bra”.  What can I say?  He doesn’t get it and why would he???  He is a man who wears white underwear every.single.day… how could he really understand why a bra that I think is pretty be important to me?  Well, it is important and it made me feel incredibly good about putting it on.

The nursing bra I received is the Ruched Clip Bralet Full Cup in the color Bare.  I tried this on recently and found the fit to be both generous and smooth.  It is the most comfortable bra I have ever had on.  It is by far the best nursing bra I have ever owned and I am not making that up in any way.  I have even told my husband that, if I get nothing else, I want one more of these bras.  I have to have one actually.  I told you that I think a good nursing bra is a necessity but I want to go back and say that the Bella Materna nursing bra is my new necessity for nursing comfort.  I wear a Plus Size nursing bra so the cost is often a bit more.  The Ruched Clip Bralet I received sells for $68 and is available in Bare and Black colors.

Bella Materna BlackFeatures of the Ruched Clip Bralet Full Cup Nursing Bra are Italian microfiber fabric, one-handed nursing clip access, adjustable straps, four stage hook and eye closure at back, and Oeko-Tex certified to be toxin free.  The fabric is super soft and will no-doubt be fantastic on sore breasts.  The clips truly are one-handed and are smooth to use.  If you find that you are a bit larger at the end of pregnancy but still want the comfort of the nursing bra, you can use an extender to extend the life of your bra.

In addition to nursing bras, you can find other maternity and transition clothing, sleep and loungewear, and camisoles at Bella Materna.  I want to encourage all pregnant moms and definitely all moms who plan to or are breastfeeding to check out Bella Materna.  I truly am so happy with my new nursing bra and have found the customer service to be fantastic.  I highly recommend Bella Materna for beautiful nursing bras and maternity lingerie.  You can find sizes 32-40 B to I/J cups!  That is a fantastic range that will fit most anyone.

Bella Materna has kindly offered to give one of you any bra of your choosing!  There are some fantastic and beautiful ones to choose from so take a look carefully before making your choice!
