It is week 4 of Weight Watchers for me. I was really nervous going into this week’s weigh-in because I have not been exercising very much. I got sick about 3 days ago and have been getting progressively worse over the past few days. I haven’t been working out because I am having so much trouble breathing. I have been eating okay but really not as good as I had before. I am definitely not going over my points and have yet to dip into my weekly points but I was still worried.
What did I learn this week? I need to chill out. ha! I may not get to exercise everyday and my food choices are making up for my eating differently… meaning that I may be eating a bit more or eating different things, but they are still good choices so it doesn’t matter. I need to stop worrying and just keep doing what I have been doing. I am doing fine with the things I have learned thus far.
So, here are my results for the week:
Weight: – 1.6 pounds!!! I am now -9.8 pounds over the past 4 weeks.
Chest: no change
Waist: – 1 inch
Hips: -0.5 inch
Thighs: – 0.5 inch
Arm: no change
So, 2 inches and 1.6 pounds this week. I am happy with that!

Congrats on losing almost 10 pounds! I’ve been learning about eating right and getting in shape. So far I’ve lost 40 pounds. I want to lose another 20. I have a blog too Fitness Achievement check it out sometime. If you’re ever interested in writing a guest post that would be cool!

Way to go! You can do it! My friends have done weight watchers and have had great results and they like it because they can stick with it and maintain their weight!
I just count calories, which is similar…but different at the same time. Either one is great though, because you can learn to live with the changes 🙂

Way to go teammate!! You rock! Make sure you eat your min daily points every day!

Yeah, that is near impossible honestly. I am doing better but there is no way I can eat all those points. I think they may have given me too many for breastfeeding. It is all good though. I am doing well. 🙂
